Warsaw, Białołęka – Miasto Moje housing estate, Stage VIII, under construction for Ronson Development, has made significant progress in construction. The investment is gaining momentum, and more and more advanced works can be seen day by day.

Construction work continues intensively on the construction site, and the latest achievements are:
- completion of the construction of garage spaces and technical zones on level -1, which is the foundation for the next stages of the investment.
- The upcoming finalization of reinforced concrete works on level 0. At the moment, works related to the reinforcement and concreting of the ceiling are underway, which are an essential stage of preparation for the construction of higher storeys.
- building No. 16, one of the two buildings implemented in the eighth stage, has already gained the first above-ground storey.
