HOCHTIEF Polska proudly announces the results of the second edition of the ‘Golden Container 2024’ competition, aimed at promoting sustainable construction waste management. This year’s winner is the Zielono Mi Construction Team, which sorted waste into a record-breaking 11 fractions and achieved the lowest mixed waste rate – only 14%!
The ‘Golden Container’ competition is HOCHTIEF Polska’s original initiative, designed to minimize the negative impact of construction on the environment through efficient waste segregation and resource reuse. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Plan and ESG strategy, which play a key role in the company’s operations.
– “The ‘Golden Container’ is not just a competition, but above all, education and motivation for construction teams to implement best practices in waste management. This year’s winner has proven that a responsible approach to segregation allows for impressive results and genuinely contributes to environmental protection,” said [name], a representative of HOCHTIEF Polska.
