The investment carried out for Aurec Home as part of the Fabrica Ursus Estate is progressing dynamically. The project includes both the renovation of historical buildings and the construction of modern apartments, combining the industrial heritage of Ursus with modern architecture.
Works on the renovation of the iron foundry hall As part of the comprehensive revitalization of the historic iron foundry hall, advanced conservation works are underway:
✔ the original historic substance of the hall is restored,
✔ the existing ceiling is reinforced, which will increase the stability of the structure,
✔ the renovation of the dome was completed – the works included, among m.in, reconstruction and strengthening of the plate girder structure and the ceiling,
✔ the wall of the Batch Warehouse was stabilized, which allows for the safe liquidation of the stabilizing haul-offs.
Progress in the construction of modern apartments – stage A1 The Fabrica Ursus estate also includes modern residential spaces that are being built in accordance with the highest construction standards. As part of stage A1:
✔ On January 20, 2025, 90% of the ceiling above the 2nd floor was completed,
✔ intensive masonry works are underway,
✔ the installation of the electrical installation and the mechanical ventilation system in the underground garage has begun,
✔ Thermal insulation of the garage is being carried out, which will provide residents with thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
The project carried out for Aurec Home is a unique combination of care for the historical heritage of Ursus with modern residential construction. Thanks to these activities, former industrial areas gain a new life, becoming a harmonious and functional place for future residents.
