HOCHTIEF Polska's activities are guided by the principles of sustainable development, which have their source in the strategy of the HOCHTIEF Group.
We consider areas of sustainable development in three pillars: environment, social issues and corporate governance.
Within each pillar, we have identified the most important activities that guide our daily work at HOCHTIEF.

Environment
We change the environment through our projects. Therefore, HOCHTIEF has set itself the goal of operating not only in the environment, but also in harmony with the environment. Environmental and climate protection is an integral part of our mission as a sustainable global infrastructure company. We want to prevent negative impacts on the environment and offer solutions for sustainable and durable infrastructure. We will achieve this by increasing awareness and leveraging our expert knowledge of the entire project lifecycle.
Social issues
HOCHTIEF's most valuable capital are its employees. It is thanks to their knowledge, commitment and talent that the company has become what it is today. Therefore, we put the health, safety and job satisfaction of our employees first.
