Recruitment stages

Stage I
Application pre-selection/CV analysis
All submitted applications are subject to preliminary analysis. At this stage, we check whether the competencies included in the application documents are consistent with the profile of the positions they concern and we select candidates for interviews.
Stage II
Telephone interviews
We contact selected candidates by phone to verify the information contained in the application documents. At this stage, we also check selected candidate competences, e.g. good knowledge of foreign languages. Based on the collected information, we select candidates and invite them to job interviews at the company's headquarters.
Stage III
Job interviews
The meeting usually takes place with HR specialists/managers and the manager of the department to which you are applying. During the competency interview, you can expect detailed questions regarding your substantive and personal competencies. During this meeting, we also try to provide you with as much information as possible about our organization and the advantages of working in our team.
Stage IV
Feedback
Once the process is complete, we will inform you of our decision.
