On 12 August 2014, two buildings of the IIA stage building of Sokratesa Park & Art residential complex at Sokratesa 13 Street in Warsaw's Bielany District were topped out.
The project was ordered by Sokratesa Development Sp. z o.o. The scope of the 2nd stage includes two nine-storeys buildings (ground floor, six regular floors, and two landmark floors) with two-storey underground car park. The complex will also host service shops, which will be located on the part of the ground floor. The building’s total area will amount to approx. 16 600 square meters. It will offer 127 apartments with floor areas ranging from 32 to 84 square meters (one, two, three and four-roomed) as well as seven commercial premises from 42 to 107 square meters. It will also include 152 underground car park places. People who live on the ground floor will have gardens at their disposal. The apartments have been designed to support storerooms and a garage for storing motorbikes. A standard and functional structure of flats is response to the contemporary demand for that kind of investments on the Polish market. Accomplishment of construction of the IIA stage is scheduled for Q2 of 2015. Construction launch of the IIB stage is scheduled for September 2014 and its completion for February 2016. Then Sokratesa Park & Art will create a compact residential complex of four buildings: two with 297 flats having accomplished in July, 2012 and 300 newly constructed apartments. – We have completed all shell construction works in a range of the IIA stage buildings, at present we are doing internal brickworks as well as installation works. We have started to realize roof and elevations works. According to the schedule, in the nearest future, we will begin to rebuild the Sokratesa street. It will make possible entering the whole residential complex completed in the 2nd stage as well as commercial premises located along the street – summarized Wojciech Kasprowicz, project manager in HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw. The 1st and 2nd stages of the Sokratesa Park & Art has been designed by MKC Architekci Studio. Important assets of the Sokratesa Park & Art complex are the location in the immediate vicinity of Młociny underground station and a proximity of a forest, attractive green area as well as recreational lands and service shops.
