Change in HOCHTIEF Polska’s Management Board

New Board composition from 01.07.2021

Due to the end of term of HOCHTIEF Polska’s Management Board on June, 30^th 2021, the Supervisory Board appointed with its resolution effective July, 1^st a new Management Board, considering the retirement of Wojciech Łukaszek, Vice President of the Board.

After the change, HOCHTIEF Polska’s Management Board is composed of: Tadeusz Blecha – President of the Board (CEO), Klaus Boede – Vice-President of the Board (CFO).
