111 apartments ready in the 2nd quarter of 2016 



HOCHTIEF Polska has commenced construction of the 2nd stage of the JK 51 project at Jana Kazimierza 51 Street in Warsaw's Wola district. It is another investment where HOCHTIEF Polska is in charge of the organization of the entire development process. The investment has been carried out in two stages. At present, the construction of the 1st stage are being conducted. Its completion is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2015. The construction of the just started 2nd stage will be finished in the 2nd quarter of 2016. JK 51 is a residential complex which consists of two buildings located in Odolany, a part of the Wola district. The second-stage building with seven storeys offers 111 apartments with a floor area from 30 to 69 square meters, three commercial premises of 86 to 230 square meters area on the ground floor as well as storerooms of three to nine square meters. 



The underground storey is assigned for parking lots. JK 51 will be a gated housing estate, equipped with double access control. The housing estate will include a courtyard for inhabitants and playground for children. The one- to four-room apartments have got a balcony or loggia. In addition, the owners of some of the apartments situated on the upper floors will benefit from terraces on the roof. Moreover, a part of the ground floor apartments will have an access to their own garden. The 1st stage of the building has got six to nine storeys and houses 163 apartments as well as four commercial premises on the ground floor with access from Jana Kazimierza Street. The buildings’ total area will amount to approx. 28 590 square metres. 



The main feature of the JK 51 project is its location which offers excellent access to the city centre (located approx. 4.5 km from the city centre), the West Railway Station (3 km) and to the F.Chopin Airport (15 km) as well as a proximity of bus and tram facilities situated along Wolska Street and Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue. The location of JK 51 provides both for an attractive access to shops (Fort Wola shopping center) medical facilities, schools, preschools and green areas.
