243 apartments in Warsaw’s real estate project ready in 2024. |
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for general contracting of the seventh stage of the Miasto Moje residential project on Marywilska Street in Warsaw. The client is Ronson Development Partner 2 Sp.z o.o. – Miasto Moje, a company owned by Ronson Development. Construction work will begin in March this year and will continue until the end of 2024.
The contract will include the construction of three 6-story buildings with a total area of 17,975 sq.m. They will contain 243 apartments with balconies or gardens. An underground story of 7,211 sq.m. is planned to include parking spaces, storage units and bicycle lockers. The contract also includes the construction of infrastructure and landscaping.
– The contract signed for the seventh stage of the capital’s residential project is a continuation of our cooperation with Ronson Development. In the earlier stages, I-III and VI, we built a total of more than 760 apartments. The trust the developer has placed in us is gratifying, as it proves the high evaluation of our competence – says Tadeusz Blecha, CEO of HOCHTIEF Polska SA.
Miasto Moje is the flagship project in Ronson’s portfolio, designed for more than 1,500 apartments in total. The project’s hallmark is the Vistula Passage, which has been divided into activity zones, with playgrounds for children or an outdoor gym, and relaxation zones surrounded by greenery, so important to the developer in the spaces under construction.
– Miasto Moje real estate project is the largest project in Ronson Development’s portfolio to date, and probably the most well-liked by its residents. Miasto Moje is the best proof of the quality and large scale amenities delivered by Ronson for its residents. We are confident that the fully developed infrastructure of the estate will appeal to our future customers and sustain the sales success of the previous stages – says Piotr Zawadowski, Marketing Product Manager at Ronson Development.
Miasto Moje is a self-sufficient investment – a full retail and service base is being developed within the estate, and the proximity to rail guarantees quick access to the city center. Within the estate, with the youngest residents in mind, a kindergarten and a nursery have been opened, a playground has been created, and the space inside the arcade has been excluded from vehicular traffic.
