140 apartments ready in 4th quarter of 2022
HOCHTIEF Polska is constructing 2nd stage of the residential complex Miasteczko Jutrzenki in the Warsaw district Ursus. The investor is AUREC HOME SA. The construction works have started in February 2021 and are scheduled to end in 4th quarter of 2022.
The contract includes construction of a building with total area of 12 750 square meters, consisting of a six-storey and seven-storey part. It will be housing 140 apartments and an underground garage with 111 parking spots.
The residential complex Miasteczko Jutrzenki is a modern housing investment with plenty of amenities for future residents, among others ecological solutions such as photovoltaic panels or chargers for electric cars. The project includes green areas with solar benches, relaxing platforms, outdoor workout equipment, small fountains or water playground for children. Miasteczko Jutrzenki will also offer greenhouses on the patio, where the residents can grow their own flowers, vegetables or herbs.
HOCHTIEF Polska is constructing also the first stage of Miasteczko Jutrzenki, that started in July 2020 r.
