First investment project of Espais in Poland.
HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch was chosen as the General Contractor for CityZen, a residential project in the Warsaw district
of Mokotow located at the junction of Pory and Sikorskiego streets. The complex is an investment of the Spanish developer Espais.
The contract volume was agreed to be kept confidential.
With a total area of more than 24,500 square metres, CityZen comprises two modern buildings of seven to ten floors. It will accommodate a total of 357 apartments and suites of between 30 and 220 square metres each. Each of them will have a balcony, a terrace or loggia. The future residents will also be able to use a two-level underground car park. The project is scheduled to be completed by June 2010.
The state-of-the-art architecture of the complex is a combination of glass, stainless steel and natural stone panels used both in its facades and in the interiors. The internal garden in the Zen style of an area of 5,000 square metres is going to be available to residents only. Apart from the residential part, the CityZen complex is also to host service shops, which will be located on the ground floor along the Sikorskiego street. Another asset of this site is its location, which offers excellent access to the city centre on the one hand and
a proximity of attractive green areas on the other.
