HOCHTIEF Polska Poz-Building Branch signed a contract with AVK Polska Sp. z o.o. for the development of a valve plant in Pniewy. The new production and warehouse facility will be a part of the company’s production complex located near Poznań.
The new production floor of AVK Polska will be located at ul. Jakubowska 1 in Pniewy, 50 kilometres away from the centre of Poznań. The first project-related works commenced at the beginning of September.
The completion of the construction works is planned for June 2008.
Within the framework of the contract, HOCHTIEF Polska Poz-Building Branch will prepare the construction project and perform, as a general contractor, a three-aisle production and warehouse floor, including a social and office part as well as installations. The project of the modern industrial facility has been prepared by the company of Litoborski + Marciniak Biuro Architektoniczne Sp. z o.o. from Poznań.
The modern production and warehouse facility with a total surface area of 6 375 m2, the usable surface area of 6 290 m2 and the total capacity of 36 288 m3 will be built as a pre-fabricated reinforced concrete construction. At the completion of the construction works, the facility will become a part of the production complex of AVK Polska Sp. z o.o. in Pniewy.
