About 220 apartments in the investment in Warsaw ready in 2023
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for construction of the 6th stage of the Miasto Moje housing estate at Marywilska Street in Warsaw. The investor is Ronson Development Partner 2 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – Miasto Moje, a subsidiary of Ronson Development. Construction works will begin in August, 2021 and take about 19 months.
The scope of works comprises construction of two six-storey buildings with a total sales area of approximately 11 700 square metres. They will accommodate about 220 apartments with balconies or gardens and eight commercial spaces in the ground floor. In the basement, a garage with nearly 200 parking spaces, cellar rooms and bicycle storage rooms are planned. Land development and execution of technical infrastructure also form part of the contract, however part of the infrastructure will be used in the future stages of the investment.
Within 2016–2020, HOCHTIEF Polska built the first three stages of the Miasto Moje residential complex.
Residential complex Miasto Moje with more than 1500 flats in total is a flagship project in RONSONS’s portfolio. The investment is distinguished by Pasaż Wisła which is divided into activity zones with playgrounds for children and outdoor fitness and relaxation zones with greenery that is highly important for RONSON’s development concept. RONSON describes this residential investment as self-sufficient, because it will comprise a wide range of shops and service outlets. The proximity to the local railway station (WKD) allows for fast connection to the city center. For children, a nursery school, a kindergarten and sport field were established as well as a safe area within Pasaż Wisla that is closed for vehicles.
