Construction works have commenced at the beginning of April 2021
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract with DOR Group for the execution of the apartment building Infinity Wilanów in Warsaw. The construction works have commenced at the beginning of April, and the completion is planned in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The contract covers the construction of a building with four above-ground and two underground storeys. Apartments ranging in size from 32 to 132 square metres with spacy terraces, balconies or backyards have been designed. All of the apartments have an above-standard height, from 2,75 to 3 metres. In the underground part, there will be a garage with parking spaces for charging electric cars.
The investment Infinity Wilanów is distinguished by modern and elegant architecture, as well as high quality material fitting. Both common areas and greenery were designed meticulously, in due consideration of functionality and high comfort of their future users. The amenities for residents, among others, include 24-hour reception, recreation area with children’s club, self-service parcel pick-up station and bicycle racks. The investment is located in the green part of the Wilanów district, at Herbu Janina Street in Błonia Wilanowskie.
