Construction works on two 95-meter towers will start soon
HOCHTIEF Polska was commissioned by Grupa Asbud to build the residential complex Towarowa Towers in Warsaw. The investment comprises five buildings: two 95-meter twin towers and three apartment buildings with seven to twelve levels. The construction works on the towers will start soon and last approximately 37 months, whereas the three other buildings will be erected in a later stage.
Almost 600 apartments of various sizes in the range from 25 to 140 square meters and commercial premises on the ground floor are planned in the towers, as well as a four-story underground garage. The facades of the buildings will be made of aluminum and glass and partially illuminated at night. HOCHTIEF Polska’s commission includes the fitting-out of the apartments. They will be sold with a turnkey finish—customers can choose from among three proposed standards.
Towarowa Towers residential complex is located in the vicinity of the subway station Rondo Daszyńskiego. Many amenities have been planned for future residents, including common space with terraces with a relaxation area, fitness club and lounge. The towers will also feature a representative lobby with an eye-catching graphic theme.
