Construction work will last approximately 21 months
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for the construction of Lazurova Concept residential complex in Warsaw. The Ordering Party is Marvipol Narwil, a subsidiary of Marvipol Development. Work will begin in April 2021 and will take place over a period of 21 months.
The contract includes the construction of a residential building with a usable area of approximately 12,6 thousand square meters with the necessary accompanying infrastructure. The structure will have five to eight above-ground cascaded floors and two underground levels. 232 apartments with an area of 27 to 97 square meters with backyards, balconies, loggias, or terraces, as well as three service premises on the ground floor have been planned. The underground part is intended for a garage with 262 parking spaces.
The building features a diversified façade with glass balustrades and loggias on the south side, as well as a wall of natural greenery on the patio side. It provides various amenities for residents, including, a green recreational area, a parcel pick-up station, and an electric car charging station and a bicycle storeroom. All flats are equipped with home automation systems that allows for better management of energy and heat consumption. On the roof, photovoltaic panels will be installed.
In the years 2016 to 2018, on the commission of Marvipol Development, HOCHTIEF Polska carried out two stages of the Riviera Park housing estate in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
