HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract as general contractor for the construction of the eighth stage of the Miasto Moje housing estate. Two new residential buildings will be built in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, along with commercial premises and an underground garage with a total capacity of over 54,000 cubic meters.

This is another order from Ronson Development, for which HOCHTIEF Polska built the seventh stage of the Miasto Moje project, and is currently building the Zielono Mi housing estate.

“We continue our fruitful cooperation with Ronson Development. The contract that has just been signed is the eighth stage of the Miasto Moje project. As HOCHTIEF Polska, we have completed the I-III, VI and VII stages of this investment, which is doubly gratifying, because we are dealing with an investor who focuses on reliable and ambitious business partners. We are very satisfied, because the trust that the developer has placed in us again proves the high evaluation of our work”,  says Tadeusz Blecha, President of the Management Board of HOCHTIEF Polska.

The contract of HOCHTIEF Polska comprises the construction of two buildings in cascade development from four to six stories. The maximum height of the building complex is about 21 meters. The building will include 145 apartments with a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters. On the underground floor there will be a garage with parking spaces for passenger cars, storage rooms and storage for bicycles. The total area of the underground part is over 4,000 square meters.

The order also includes the delivery of infrastructure and land development around the buildings as well as the construction of water and sewage networks and connections.

HOCHTIEF Polska was also the general contractor of the first three stages of the Miasto Moje housing estate, which were completed between 2016 and 2020, as well as the last two stages (VI and VII) implemented from 2021 to 2024.
