The 2nd stage of the JK51 residential project at Jana Kazimierza 51 Street in Warsaw’s Wola district, built by HOCHTIEF Polska, is ready to be inhabited by the residents. 73 out of 111 apartments, which were accomplished during this stage, have been sold so far. Receptions of the apartments by clients will start in January, 2016. The JK51 is the 2nd investment where HOCHTIEF Polska was in charge of the organization of the entire development process.
The project is a residential complex which consists of two buildings located in Odolany, a part of the Wola district. They were constructed in the period from 3rd quarter of 2013 up to 4th quarter 2015. The first-stage building with 6 to 9 storeys offers 163 apartments and four commercial premises on the ground floor, located from Jana Kazimierza Street. The second-stage building with seven storeys includes 111 apartments and three commercial premises. The residential complex offers one- to four-room apartments of 30 to 77 square meters area. They have got a balcony or loggia. The owners of some of the apartments situated on the upper floors will benefit from terraces on the roof. Moreover, a part of the ground floor apartments will have an access to their own garden. In the buildings, there are located also storerooms of three to nine square meters area. The underground level was assigned to a garage. The JK51 is a gated housing estate, equipped with double access control. On the inner courtyard there is a leisure area for residents and a playground.
The main feature of the JK 51 project is its location which offers excellent access to the city centre (located approx. 4.5 km from the city centre), the West Railway Station (3 km) and to the F. Chopin Airport (15 km) as well as a proximity of bus and tram facilities situated along Wolska Street and Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue. The location of JK 51 provides both for an attractive access to shops (Fort Wola shopping center) medical facilities, schools, preschools and green areas.
