Investment to be completed in the first quarter of 2018
A traditional topping-out ceremony was held on June 8, 2017 at the construction site of the 1st stage of the Riviera Park housing estate, implemented in the area of Krzyżówki and Płochocińska Streets in Warsaw’s Białołęka. The investor of the project is Marvipol Development, and the general contractor is HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw.
Within the framework of works, five buildings with five floors are being built. In the modern apartment buildings, there will be 190 flats, ranging from one- to four-room ones, with the area of 31-89 square metres. Each of them will have a balcony, and the ones on the ground floor – home gardens. They will also have a parking space in the garage hall. Apart from that, at the housing complex, a gazebo enhancing establishment of neighbourhood relationships and a sport and recreation zone with the area of over 2,500 square meters will be built. The zone will include: green areas, walking paths, a tennis court, and a children’s play zone. Within the works, woodlots adhering to the estate will be revitalised – benches and paths leading to the nearby Żerań Canal will appear there.
– The works are being carried out as planned. We have executed the reinforced concrete structure of all buildings and completed the main masonry works. Installation works of all disciplines, installation of the window carpentry, plastering works, and insulation works on the roofs are in progress. Façade works as well as all finishing works of the premises, common areas and administrative rooms remain to be executed. The completion of the construction is planned for the first quarter of 2018 – Przemysław Waleriański, the site manager at HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw, concluded.
