Scope of work:
Construction of a residential building with the necessary infrastructure. The building has from 4 to 8 above-ground storeys arranged in cascades and a two-storey underground garage with 262 parking spaces. The building has 232 apartments with gardens, balconies, loggias or terraces and 3 commercial premises on the ground floor. The building has a façade with glazed balustrades and loggias built with full acoustic glazing in the Lumon system on the north and east sides, and a varied façade in the BSO system on the patio and south sides.
