Scope of work:

Stage I: A complex of two residential buildings “A” (6-7 floors) and “A1” (5 floors), which houses 163 apartments, 3 commercial premises, 107 parking spaces in the underground garage. The project also included the reconstruction of the water supply system on part of the plots of land located in Warsaw at Jutrzenki Street.
Stage II: A seven-storey residential building (with a cascade lowering to 6 storeys within staircase “B”), which houses 140 apartments, 111 parking spaces in a one-storey underground garage. The project also included the construction of a playground and a relaxation area.
