Scope of work:
The order included the construction of two buildings (No. 10 and 11) with a total area of approx. 24,237 sq m. This is another order for HOCHTIEF Polska as part of the Miasto Moje investment – in 2016-2020 we completed the first three stages of the estate. The project includes ecological amenities, m.in. LED lighting in common areas, an electric car charging station (on the Investor’s side) and bicycle racks.
