Description: The order encompassed rebuilding of an object with seven over-ground stories and one underground story with a usable area of above 16,500 square meters. The scope of works also included transformation of laboratories and workshops into a library and didactic rooms as well as execution of related infrastructure and land development. Moreover, thermomodernization works, including thermal insulation of the building, replacement of windows and doors, and a photovoltaic installation were carried out. The order encompassed finishing works as well as equipping the building with furniture and required devices.

Between 2010 and 2014, the HOCHTIEF Polska Krakow branch onstructed a building of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with an area of 24,200 square meters.
