Scope of work:
Comprehensive reconstruction and modernization of the building. The project included, among others. replacement of the layout of rooms, designation of a new communication space, including the construction of a new internal staircase, equipping the building with an elevator, full replacement of internal installations, thermal modernization of the façade along with the replacement of window and door woodwork, as well as the execution of fire alarm systems (e.g. VAS system).
