Scope of work:
As part of the expansion of the Intel research and development center in Gdańsk, the IGK6 office building with an area of 27.4 thousand square meters was built. with six above-ground floors and one underground storey.The building was constructed in accordance with the requirements of the LEED Platinum certificate (originally planned LEED Gold). The project also included the construction of a photovoltaic installation and 12 charging stations for electric cars.
