Scope of works:
Reconstruction and expansion of the Silo Building, as well as demolition of the old workshop building and reconstruction of the walls on the factory site. The renovated building has nine above-ground floors and one underground floor. It was connected to the existing building through connectors
on the middle floors. The redevelopment project was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the city conservator. The largest investment in Wedel’s history houses a new factory research and development laboratory, a chocolate museum with an interactive exhibition and the E.Wedel Chocolate Lounge.
