Description: Construction of a residential building with eight above-ground stories and two underground stories. It houses 108 apartments, 143 regular parking lots, including four carpark lifts. The useable area of the apartments amounts to about 7,300 square meters. On the external area of the complex there are sport facilities for tennis and beach volleyball.
During 2012-2016, HOCHTIEF Polska has constructed three residential buildings with a total area of about 22,300 square meters in the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow complex. There are 157 apartments with a total usable area of about 11,500 square meters.
