Description: In the stage II A a nine-storey building with 127 flats with area ranging from 32 to 84 square meters, seven service premises and an underground car park with 152 spaces were constructed. In the stage II B a nine-storey building, which is a natural continuation of the building executed in the stage II A, was constructed a building with 173 flats with area ranging from 32 to 84 square meters, 12 service premises, 4 office premises and 148 spaces in the underground garage.
During 2013-2016 HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw had built the 1st stage of the Sokratesa Park & Art residential complex.
