Description: The Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow is an apartment project with a recreation and sports complex, located in the picturesque scenery of the Three Ponds Valley in Katowice.
The second stage included a building with eight storeys and one underground level. There are 56 apartments. The car park with 86 parking lots is situated at the underground and one overground level.
During 2012-2014 HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow built the 2nd stage of the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow in Katowice.
Awards:
– The 2nd stage of the residential project Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow was awarded the 3rd place in the contest “Construct Safely 2016” (Buduj Bezpiecznie), organized by the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Katowice.
– The Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow residential project won the 2nd edition of the Housemarket Silesia Awards 2017 contest in the lofts and suits category. The project was distinguished for an interesting form, lobby finished with stone and wood as well as big wooden windows with a picturesque view.
