Description: In the 1st stage five buildings, five levels high, of the Riviera Park residential complex were built in Warsaw in Bialoleka district. In a modern building there are 190 apartments, from one- to four-room, with sizes ranging from 31 to 89 square meters. Each of apartments has a balcony, the ground floor apartments has an access to their own gardens, and a parking bay in garage hall. Moreover in the complex there are a bower for neighbours’ meetings and a recreation zone with a total area of more than 2,500 square meters. It consists of: green areas, walking paths, a tennis court and a playground. As a scope of works nearby grove was revitalized – benches were installed and a path to the Zeranski Channel was built.
