Description: Construction of three residential buildings at Miasto Moje housing estate at Marywilska Street in Warsaw. 196 apartments and with a total usable area of more than 10,000 square meters will be built. In the basement, a garage with about 175 parking spaces, cellar rooms and bicycle storage rooms are planned. In addition, an above-ground car park will be provided. Land development and execution of technical infrastructure also form part of the contract.
Within 2016-2018, HOCHTIEF Branch in Warsaw built 347 apartments of Miasto Moje housing estate (1st and 2nd stage).
