One of the group’s companies is HOCHTIEF Polska – a general contractor specializing in the construction of large-scale and infrastructure facilities. Sustainable development is one of our guiding principles in our approach to business and the foundation of our strategy. Now we are taking another important step to strengthen sustainable development in the field of environment, social issues and corporate governance.
We want to strengthen our leadership position with regard to ESG and thus ensure HOCHTIEF’s long-term business success.
For this purpose, all organizational units have developed HOCHTIEF Sustainable Development Plan 2025.
Our 2025 Sustainability Plan is based on three pillars: Environment, Society/Social Issues and Corporate Governance (ESG).
Within each pillar, we have identified the most important areas of activity and appropriate indicators (KPIs) that set the direction of our daily work at HOCHTIEF.
Collaboration, digitalization and innovation are key to achieving our Sustainable Development Plan.
